1. Agreement and who we are

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and RepBase Pte Ltd, a Singaporean private company limited by shares. Mail correspondence may be sent to our Australian agent at:

By accessing or using www.repbaseapp.com, www.repbase.sg, or a related page that links to these Terms (the “Website”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. If you use it for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.

2. What the Website provides

RepBase is building a product that is intended to help customers find a suitable personal trainer and help trainers manage interest, proposals, bookings, payments, clients, sessions, and progress. The Website currently provides general information and forms for registering interest.

The Website and its “coming soon” language do not promise a launch date, availability in a particular location, selection for a waitlist, access to the app, trainer approval, a match, a booking, a session, a price, or any particular result. Product examples and interface illustrations are for explanation only and are not offers or guarantees.

3. Waitlists and submissions

When you submit a customer or trainer waitlist form, you are registering interest. A waitlist entry is not an application acceptance, account, booking request, contract for training services, or payment instruction.

You agree that the information you provide is accurate, current, and your own, or that you are authorised to provide it. Do not submit passwords, payment details, government identifiers, medical records, or another person’s personal information without authority. Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information submitted through the Website.

We may decline, pause, remove, or ask you to update a waitlist entry where information is incomplete, misleading, abusive, unlawful, duplicated, or inconsistent with the product’s intended use. We may contact you using the details you provide about your submission or relevant RepBase updates. You can ask us to stop optional updates at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You must use the Website lawfully and fairly. You must not:

• interfere with, probe, scan, overload, or compromise the Website or its security;
• use automated means to scrape, harvest, submit, or test the Website without our written permission;
• submit spam, malware, deceptive content, or information designed to bypass validation or rate limits;
• impersonate another person or organisation, misrepresent a professional qualification, or mislead us about your identity;
• use the Website to harass, threaten, discriminate against, or unlawfully target another person; or
• copy, reverse engineer, modify, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit the Website except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

You are responsible for keeping your device and email account secure. We are not responsible for a submission that cannot be delivered because the details or systems you control are inaccurate or unavailable.

5. Health, safety, and professional decisions

The Website is not medical, health, fitness, or emergency advice. It does not assess whether exercise or a particular trainer is safe or suitable for you. Before exercising, obtain advice from an appropriately qualified health professional where appropriate, disclose relevant limitations to a trainer, and stop if you feel unwell or unsafe. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.

RepBase does not currently provide training through the Website, and a waitlist submission does not create a trainer-client relationship. Any future trainer or service relationship will be governed by the terms presented when that service is actually offered.

6. Ownership and third-party material

The Website, including its text, visual design, logos, marks, code, and original interface illustrations, belongs to RepBase or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to access and use the Website for personal or internal evaluation purposes in line with these Terms.

Third-party names, links, software, or services are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse third-party content, and your use of it is subject to that provider’s terms and policies.

7. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Website, a waitlist, or a link without notice where reasonably necessary. We will take reasonable care to keep information current, but we do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to draw it to your attention. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as available” basis. We exclude implied conditions, warranties, and representations that the law allows us to exclude, including that the Website will meet your particular needs or that information will always be complete or current.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies a right, guarantee, warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. For Australian consumers, this includes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. For Singapore consumers, mandatory rights and remedies under applicable Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003 where applicable, are not excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, RepBase is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profit, opportunity, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Website. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be limited. Where liability can be limited, it is limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

9. Complaints, review, and disputes

If you have a concern about the Website, a waitlist entry, or these Terms, please email [email protected] first with the details and the outcome you want. We will review the matter and respond within a reasonable period. You may ask us to reconsider a decision about a waitlist entry by replying to our response with any new information.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from contacting a regulator, consumer protection body, ombudsman, court, or tribunal that has jurisdiction, or from exercising a non-excludable right. Australian consumers may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) for consumer-rights information. The ACCC does not resolve individual disputes.

Subject to mandatory local rights, these Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The courts of Singapore have non-exclusive jurisdiction, so this clause does not prevent a consumer from bringing a claim in another forum where applicable law gives them that right.

10. General

If a court or regulator finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be read down or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest will continue. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with the Privacy policy and any specific terms presented for a particular feature, form the agreement between you and RepBase about the Website.
